The Shift - Did you see it?

I recently made a thread about how the night sky seems different, I brought up a shift that seems to happen while staring at the sky, a sudden shift that seems to happen, sort of like an image on the television shifts off kilter for a moment then snaps back into place. There were a few responses on this one that I thought were very interesting including people not just seeing it in the sky and thought this might be worth a thread of its own.

Could this shift that some of us are experiencing be a sign of the changes we were expecting or something else. Whatever it is, it's not just me seeing it.
