The family spokesman in one of the videos said that all the family members have been tested twice for Legionnaires
disease and all tests have come back negative for that so far.

You can get capt. tripps from the water supply when its aerosols in the air from taking a shower. Doesn't matter if its a public water supply either. In Albany Ny the Best Western was found to have legionaires after 2 people were diagnosed.

I was driving home tonight and saw a group of bystanders holding up a guy who was limp, also saw a convoy of military vehicles sitting in the break down of the high way today...pandemic imminent?

This is not being reported in northern michigan where the family got together. The news channel reporting is down state where the people are from.

One of the news videos said the State of Michigan is now involved. This happened last week and the news reporting is so vague. Legionnaires testing came back inconclusive. Doctors are still baffled.

Is this bacterial, viral, contagious? How about the place they stayed? Did they close it down? One of the comments below the second news video posted, states the name of the lodge they stayed at.

CDC is involved in the investigation so I hope we hear more about this soon.

It would be an overreaction to fear going out because of stories like these. I hope that's not how you feel. Life is too short to spend worrying about these sorts of things, because they happen all the time. Life is good right now, enjoy it.

Greg Eversen said we really don't know what has happened or if anything did happen and the reports are not so, because people in that area are not reporting if anything is happening.

There was another thread also about 300 militia people being killed by troops in northern Michigan along with the other sketchy information. Is there a link to pull all these weird assumptions together?

Family members tell TV5 the sickness resembles pneumonia.

"Tests are coming back inconclusive, but they [doctors] are telling us they are suspecting Legionnaire's disease," said a family member to TV5 reporter Brian Wood. That is contrary to two tests done at St. Mary's, which came back negative for the disease.

Two family members remain at St. Mary's in stable conditions. One person could be released on Friday.

Family members tell TV5 they are worried that since the incubation period could be as long as 14 days, other family members could soon begin showing symptoms and become sick. That worry is playing out as around 3 p.m. Thursday, another family member is beginning to come down with symptoms of the mysterious illness.

I've been keeping a track on this situation in Scotland. They said it's the worst outbreak in Scottish history--40 confirmed and suspected cases of infection with this bacterial lung infection!

Yeah, that was a hasty statement I made at a moment I was feeling disgust--disgust with all that is happening lately.

Truly, reading these articles teach me to take more precaution. They help to educate me and then I pass on what I know to others.

I refer many people to GLP to get the news before its news because MSM only tells us what the government wants us to know.

If I do find myself fearful, I'm reminded of who I am in Christ, pray, and my fear diminishes.

Guernsey's Princess Elizabeth Hospital will turn off the water supply for an eight-hour period on Sunday because it has been hit by an outbreak of the bacteria that causes Legionnaire's Disease.

On Tuesday, the number of confirmed cases remained at 44 and suspected cases at 47, for a total of 91 cases across Scotland. Six people are in intensive care while 18 are on general wards. A further 19 are being treated in the community and 39 have been discharged.

The outbreak has claimed the lives of two men, including father-of-two Robert Air, 56.

I think it's finally here.

Thats interesting because there also seems to be some kind of bank crisis going on in Scotland. I wonder if the outbreak is larger than is being reported.
