Question EVERYTHING Conspiracy Realist User ID: 1460582 United States 06/25/2012 02:08 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation	Shock Collars for the General Public So, I was just listening to a show that cannot be named on this site and there was a caller that was obviously military....and he said that in the near future they are going to start to have shock collars for humans in the vehicles. He said that they are going to keep roughly 100 of these collars per vehicle and they range from all sizes. We have 20,000 drones to be flown in the skies by 2020, bombing of american citizens, locking people up for minor infractions, police tasering people to death, and police beating people to death almost on a daily basis. You all know how absolutely crazy this shit is getting, what do you think about shock collars for humans? Because if they introduce this over in the middle east, it will come here next... He is all about the crow!! However, its usually the first stop to becoming awakened. After that, most look elswhere for the truth or they slip into a deep depressive state only to become massively medicated. So, he could be subsidized by the Pharms.

The caller obviously made up the story about the shock collars. They will not use collars for obvious reasons relating to a prisoner health concerns. There are already in production ankle bracelets that have GPS device and shock option for use in case of prisoner transport and for prison labor work crews. In near future they will become a standard equipment. There is no doubt in it considering the already existing benefits to know all the time where the prisoner is located and to program the invisible fence where the guards want to keep the prisoner.
