Thanks FSA saying Assad campaign could start "at any minute" I bet he would do it at night, much harder for people to detect. Also, there needs to be perfect weather for most chemical weapons to even work. Wonder what the weather is right now? I am pretty sure the temps, wind, and humidity needs to be mild.
