Master Sgt. Steve Adachi is willing to fight for his country, but not in the Chinese-made boots his unit gave him.

“I went back to the reserves supply warehouse and asked the supply manager why I was issued Chinese-made boots,” Adachi said. “He told me that they were less expensive as opposed to the U.S.-made ones. I urged him to reissue me U.S. boots, citing that I did not feel comfortable ‘going to war’ wearing boots made in China.”

After a flurry of emails, he asked his unit’s supply manager via email how he could exchange the boots for ones made in America. The response: “Good luck.”

I agree with the Principle, but the grim reality of the situation is that you do not have the manufacturing to make these boots for the costs they are sourced in emerging economies.

If it were something else, then maybe the gentleman would have a stronger point, but the fact remains that there are no manufacturers in the Continental United States that can or will be able to provide the services these types of contracts require.

This type of cheap, no frill manufacturing is better done in places like China, they have the expertise now.

America just doesn't make this type of product anymore, some of you live in a dream world who think you even have manufacturing infrastructure that is viable today.

You just do not, and you really have to come to terms with that if you expect to move forward from the rut you are in.

The reason America just doesn't make this type of product anymore is because the banking families who took over our government planned it that way through NAFTA, the UN, NATO, and all these treaties and alliances and deals to intermingle all of the sovereign nations into one gigantic communist world just like your fucked up country, China.

If your example makes sense, then why not just outsource the military to China...and ohh...here's the keys to D.C. feel free to wipe out any competition you have there....and ohh...here's the Constitution...and my wife...take her too.

Umm HI again Shill. There are no free market principals exercised when two communist regimes make deals and trade treaties outside of the normal market place (freemarket). One Communist party leader in China makes a deal with another Communist party leader in Washington D.C..
