Way to go Obama, let us continue this small cold war we have going with Russia over Syria, the New Silk Road proposal, the Russian/Chinese cyber-security UN proposal, now this, wow.

It looks like we have some hawks, not doves, in the Administation who are hell bent on deteriorating our relations with Russia.

read it ! With obummercare ruling due out on Thursday, the reason it will stand as a law is right here. The executive branch has legal control of commerce while under a state of emergency

now presidents have declared a national emergence about 30 times in the last 42 years mostly for trade issues aboard.
is this setting the stage for the full out sanction against iran to start in july?

I just want to know what the hell is going on with these crazy foreign policy decisions- sure lets put Russia in one more bind where they will have to save face. Game of chicken going on between US and Russia- who is going to swerve first?

I get it after reading it. It is a way to keep Russia from "misplacing" any of it's weapon grade stockpile or from selling it per their other previous arrangements to any other nation at low level grades. This just ensures the US that Russia will not be fufilling any of it's low grade nuclear fuel sales per agreements.

This is another way to push Russia in a corner, it IS the game of chicken in game theory!

Mind you a State of Emergency needs to be declared every Year and just so that they can pass new Laws with the abilty to disregard the US Constitution or amend it.

Is a State of Emergency different than a National Emergency anyone know?

I know that this could allow the use of those Tanks on US Streets because of the Patriot Acts and the already declared State of Emergency.
