No big deal; got it? this sounds like the most reasonable explanation, if it has been around since 2000 and has been extended ever since then whats new? 1976 National Emergencies Act: Limits Obama's declared emergencies to two years. He then needs to find a new emergency to extend his National Emergency Executive Powers. Executive Order 13159 has been issued on June 21, 2000*
