Hey there! I have been trying (with no success so far LOL) to go to the astral and then, go to the hallway in order to make the experience as inmersive as possible. What's your toughts on that approach? Would you recommend to just visualize? Is there any other technik/help to do it more real?

Hi.

Visualization helps but there are two main types of visualization.

The first kind is where you are recreating an image as an independent thing. I suppose you could say this is two-dimensional.

The second kind is recreating a scene where you are immersed in it.

The second kind is more interactive and effective, because you are influencing the values of your perspective more.

Try to see the detail in your visualization. It may also help to incorporate a few familiar elements in it. Things that you are comfortable with, or visualizing your subject in a place with which you are familiar.

Hope this helps.
