A sirem means pull over, Just flashing lights means pull over. I dont give a rats ass if its ten lanes and the two of you are the only ones on the road for 5000 miles by law you pull over.So shut the fuck up with I did not know why the cop had his lights on bullshit and he can go around.You are suspose to pull over.
