I find a more likely interpretation, that it points to a date of July 6-8th or so being the return of the Quetzacoatl, the sky serpent.

Interestingly, a caller on a recent radio show with Drake had been told by a friend with connections to the positive military said that would be the date by which some action would be taken against the Cabal.
