sorry for US consumer , eventually you have to pay the ridiculous amounts of Apple's legal expenses.

They will certainly increase next new model(s).

Whats next TV and monitor? look how many brands of those have the same concept or design.Wonder whom is going to claim those rights?

Historically an Iphone/IPad user...
Have both the Galaxy Nexus (Jellybean) and Tab 10.1. Love them.

Decided I would take the iphone out of the drawer and powerup and then put both side by side to see if I could tell them apart and if I actually felt they worked the same or not.

Decided that the Nexus and Tab are not Apple clones and that Android OS is definitely not Apple.

They are about as much the same device as my Ford F150 and Chevy Sierra 1/2 tons are.. both trucks, 4 wheels, doors, engine, windows that go up and down, both have speedo's, gas pedal and headlights.... and look like trucks...and imagine.. each has 4 wheel wells and bumpers too!...

Apples argument has about as much validity as saying that Ford should sue GM because both engines start with an ignition key switch and fuel injection to get the gas in there...

The whole thing is bullshit...

Wednesday I purchased new Samsung phones and tabs for the the wife and kids. All apples now in a drawer. They pissed me off
