This is total BULLSHIT. It's either farm equipment or pick-up trucks with flood lights on the roof. You can see the two headlights below the large wide lights. These trucks or equipment are moving vertically along the tree line. The lights dip down when the vehicles hit a low spot. I've seen this same situation many times at night on farmlands around central Texas. So no aliens have landed. BUSTED!

The author of the video took a daylight shot of the SAME landscape and overlayered with the night video. He proved the lights were above the trees in some moments.
