Mandatory Healthcare Violates the 13th Amendment

Napolitano is good, but even he has missed the point exactly why -- interstate commerce is irrelevent

AT WILL Employment-- Mandatory Health Care is in direct opposition to At Will Employment

Employers could no longer terminate employees at their will under mandated health care

But, surely, the incumbent NWO Faggot-Commie would simply appoint more Lesbian-Zio-Commies to outvote him?

the shear idea of having to purchase mandatory health care is slavery-- Involuntary Servitude

Social Security and Unemployment Insurance are different because those have a cash benefit to the employee, where as mandated health care has no cash value....

this issue is quite simple actually....surely someone in congress brought up the conflicts with At-Will Employement before they passed this legislation....

2013-2017 is a critical time. Half of Supreme court judges (9 total) are old and may have to retire. POTUS is the ones that get to nominate who to replace them. Senate have to decide whether to accept them or not.

If Obama wins, for sure the old liberal judges will retire and let young liberal judges take over for 2-3 decades. Will the old conservative judges last 4 more years? That is a big deal. I am not sure how it works if Obama loses the election in November and will not step out till January. Can old liberal judges retire during that period and have Obama find new ones?

Obama already got two relative young liberal rug munchers. It's possible that he could end up with 2-4 more during 2nd election if he wins depending on the health of conservative judges! Scary...

Say what, now?

AFAIK, Common Law prohibits enforcing anyone to compulsorily buy stuff.

Car insurance is mandatory, IF YOU OWN AND USE A CAR.

Medical insurance is NEVER mandatory, at least here, in the UK.

I have private health-care insurance, as a taxable benefit of my job. The Law doesn't REQUIRE me to have it.

The SCOTUS has not announced...but the vote is against mandatory....which kills this good idea, with scads of hidden lobbied pay offs for a corrupt congress.

Pellosi,,,,shut up, vote it through ,,,,we'll read it later....

It is a wonderful idea that will not work, too expensive and as the Judge said....would you trust the beaurocratic government to manage the biggest outlay of tax monies ever to a failed system.

Mandating Healthcare insurance is no different then mandating you have Police and Fire "insurance". You are paying to make sure a service is available for all. This is no different than having a tax to pay for your police or Fire department. You are paying for a service not a product.

Yes, but the cost of mandating kills businesses. They simply cannot comply with the red tape, bull shit.

It is rediculous. Great Idea....NEEDS LOTS OF WORK YET!

Hell, I'd marry him! But seriously, as much as he is admired, respected and adored (I am his greatest fan), he is probably the last American patriot. We love what he says, what he stands for, his appreciation of liberty and his devout dedication to the principles that this nation was founded upon. Yet I just cannot see any but a handfull standing up to the tyrants as they take ALL of of freedoms from us. When that Bradley pulls into your driveway at 4:00 am and the twat team blows down your doors, your will go naked without a fight in the end. Those of us that decide to stand and deliver will have to listen to our wives say, "Just do what they say. What about children?" And while you stand there trying to decide whether or not SHE should get the first bullet - bam, they cap your ass.

Tell me I am wrong, PLEEESE. I just don't see it. Americans do whatever they are told, that is how they are brainwashed.
