Re: The FED's 99 Year Charter Ends on 12/21/2012, How Come No One Is Talking About This???
As the Constitution was abandoned in 1871 and the corporate United States of America brought into being, there is no legal way to "abolish" the Federal Reserve. However, as the leaseholder, one CAN alter the conditions/terms of how business is conducted. ie: The more stringent rules and greater oversight which is comming next year.

The only LAWFUL way to remove these predators is to re-inhabit the Dejure Government for the united states of America. This will immediately end the fed, the irs, most of the excessive beaurocracy, and a great many of the 'give-aways' which are draining the life-blood and productivity of this nation's hard working people. It will also return the original 13th Amendment, thereby ridding the governing heirarchy of all the lawyers (thieves) who have been sucking off the public teat and making themselves rich off the backs of the very constituents they have "sworn" to protect and defend.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1103915

Can you explain Dejure Government?

And why aren't the media talking about this lease? They probably are just planning to reinstate unanimously. No discussion needed. Congressman, and the president are all bought and paid for by these bankers.

"they" are not talking about it for a reason, not that any of the sheeple are even aware that "it" exists, and why it was 100 years to begin with.

All knew that we would be dependent on the system, and never question the Federal government.

It's over folks, get over it, stop acting like deer in headlights, it's done !

Re: The FED's 99 Year Charter Ends on 12/21/2012, How Come No One Is Talking About This???
Please tell me that I am wrong………
It has always bothered me the way that the Federal Reserve’s Charter is up on December 21, 2012. Exactly the same day that the Mayan’s said that ‘society as we know it will change’……..not, as the media would have you believe ‘the world will end’…….no, the world will not end, the world will be fine. However, we humans …well, that’s a different story.
Just bare with me for a minute, while I explain. Every mortgage has a clause in it which states that the issuing bank is allowed to recall your mortgage (without prior warning and at any given time) giving you a 24 hour period to pay it back on demand, if you don’t believe me go check, its in all of that paper work that they make you sign when you sign up for a mortgage.
Every single mortgaged property in America is secured against the National Debt, which is currently running at 16 Trillion or thereabouts……
[link to www.usdebtclock.org]
This translates into approximately $49,904 for every man woman & child in America.

Once the Federal Reserve’s charter is up on December 21st, 2012 they will, of course, want all of their money back. How will they do this? All the Federal Reserve has to do is call in all of their loans and in turn the Banks will simply call in all of their loans. Quite simply the banks will send a letter to every single mortgaged property in America demanding the mortgage be fully paid within 24 hours. Now obviously about 99% of American homeowners will not be able to pay up. There will also be, in that same letter from the Bank, a paragraph telling the shocked home owner that if he cannot pay within the 24 hours he can sign the property back to the Bank and stay in his house indefinitely so although the homeowner will then be renting he still gets to live in his house. They will do this so as to not rock the boat too much, after all they need to keep us all calm so that we don’t wake up to what exactly is going on.

Ever heard of agenda 21? I know but stay with me on this one. [link to www.un.org]
In this Agenda Professor James E. Girard states that; “America has agreed to work together and with private sector partners to meet goals for energy security, national air pollution reduction, and climate change in ways that promote sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction. “

[link to www.crossroad.to]
It also states “"...current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class - involving high meat intake use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work-place air-conditioning, and suburban housing - are not sustainable. A shift is necessary. which will require a vast strengthening of the multilateral system, including the United Nations..." Maurice Strong , opening speech

This Agenda has plans to turn most of America into a conservation site with most of the population living in several cities around the edges and very few people living in any rural areas.

Well, when I first heard about Agenda 21 I didn’t think much about it because I couldn’t see how they could possibly convince every person with a mortgage to leave their house and move to the city. Well, If you get sent a 24 hour demand to pay on your mortgage and you can’t pay you will take the “renting option” and then say two years later they will announce the first American State to be cleared, say Nebraska for example, and every person in Nebraska will be evicted to make room for a conservation area and because you are renting you have no place left to go…………..enter stage right the FEMA camps.

These are called FEMA relocation camps where you will then be sent (and because you have lost your job because you were forced to move) you will then be put to work. Ever read Executive order # sorry cannot remember

Have you seen how much ammunition the Department of Homeland Security and the USDA has ordered over the next five years? Doesn’t it seem strange to you that they have requested hollow points, which are made to basically explode inside the body. You wouldn’t waste hollow points on target practice. So why would they need so many bullets over the next five years……?

Is the Federal Reserve Act going to expire?

No. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913--which established the Federal Reserve as the central bank of the United States--has been amended or altered by the Congress numerous times over the years, but the act has never included an "expiration date" or repeal date. As stated in the law itself, the Federal Reserve Act can only be repealed, amended, or altered by the Congress.

The Federal Reserve Act was passed and signed by Woodrow Wilson during the Congressional Christmas Break in 1913. The Federal Reserve is a private company owned by several multi-national bank holding companies and in the Federal Reserve Act the Fed recieved a 99 year charter. This charter expires on 12/21/2012 and in order to be re-chartered it is supposed to take the ratification of 2/3 of the states, just like a constitutional amendment...

Yet not a single politician or anyone in the Financial Media is talking about this, even the Fed isn't asking congressmen or the executive branch to act on this...

Makes you wonder if this current crisis isn't engineered to fast track this re-charter through an Emergency Act...Naw, that would be a Conpiracy!!!

Doing some research, the Pepper McFadden Bill of 1927 changed original act. So the charter is now perpetual, or there must be some other change after 1927 enacted by Congress.

So this 99-Year Charter is a MYTH.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27243544

It's not the Federal Reserve Act that is supposed to "Expire", it is the charter given to the Fed within the act, that by both State and Federal legal precedent has a 99 year (leasehold) time limit, unless a shorter charter expiration date stated within the Articles of Incorporation...

The individual Regional Federal Reserve Banks (Fed of Dallas, Fed of NY, etc) had a 20 year Charter Expiration, but they were given the power to renew their Charters by a vote of the Federal Reserve Board. The Federal Reserve Bank of the United States (which is seperate from the Regional Federal Reserves) had no expiration date given within their Charter granted by the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, so by standing law, and legal precedent, all Corporate Charters (leaseholds) have a maximum life of 99 years...

We're talking about what they SHOULD do because of legal precedent, not what they will do...

They should also be forced to have a constitutional amendment, since the Constitution plainly states that gold and silver will be the currency, yet we abandoned the gold standard in 1971...but they ignore the Constitution every day in Washington D.C., so I don't imagine this will be any different...

I would imagine someone will have to bring a lawsuit to force this issue, otherwise they will just ignore it...

in my view, the law is whatever some federal judge thinks it is. i don't see where in the constitution that the fed is even allowed to exist in the first place, so why wonder about it's future existence? with basically every judge and politician owned by the banksters, who will enforce this end of the fed lease?

how does a person with a phony birth cert, phony draft card, and social security number become president?

The truly sad thing op, is that no one is talking about it not even highly educated individuals from colleges, because their economic classes do not discuss the 99 year lease. Thus, everyone educated is on board per se for the federal resserve knowing nothing less is true. Amazing what entities can do in changing the behavior and education of century long generations when they control the education arbriature- or apparatus, if you will.
