this is a myth.

They are not going to re-charter the Fed this year, but there is legal precedent that supports the argument that it should be re-chartered, and in order to re-charter, it should require an amendment to the constitution since our currency is no longer backed by Gold or Silver... However, I agree to the extent it will require someone taking these facts to court, and a court actually upholding legal precedent and the U.S. Constitution for a change... No, that former statement is 100% correct. The Fed is operating under perpetual charter, no longer the 99-year one. Look up the history. NOTHING is about to expire. You are repeating a stupid GLP meme that is INCORRECT.
