He's high...pay no attention...  well actually it does... and not high.. don't drink or do drugs. when they they do the tox screens many times they are only looking from certain things. if it is not on the report from the lab....it not on the report. i have gone round and round with companies that run drug screens on workers and only look for Canaanites or opiates some times cocaine but never check alcohol. so we may never know what was is this mans system. and how the combination reacted. i have seen some pretty crazy drunks walking around in NYC.
