Yeah... I am hoping the whole thing fails, but I expect just the individual mandate.

Either way, it's not going to be a good day for Obama.

They are also ruling on whether making it a crime to lie about military honors violates the First Amendment.

My insurance just went up 17%. Seriously just got the notice from my health insurance company.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. The AZ ruling was not what anyone expected, and this same court decided that there should be no corporate campaign contributions.

They will strike down the individual mandate and this will basically cut off the funding.

This will set up an interesting conundrum. Will the Democrats then do the right thing and scrap the entire thing? Or will they stubbornly hang on to what is left even though the funding mechanism has been cut off? I predict they will stubbornly hang on because it will set up some nice class warfare rhetoric that they will be able to use during the campaign.

It's going to be hard to hang on to something that a supposedly politically-untouched body like the Supreme Court declares unconstitutional. If they do, it will come back to bite them in the butt come the general election.

To be honest, I was thinking that there would be a false flag to happen before the judgement was made. Since there hasn't been one, I would assume that obummer care and holder will have zero issues at today's ruling. If not today, then they chance of a FF happening this weekend is very high.

Let's keep out finger's crossed and hope the right decision will be made by the SCOTUS.
