Well...the actual decision is not posted yet. Seems it's still being digested, but so far the overall opinion of SCOTUS digestors is that Obamacare and the individual mandate have survived with some minor tweeking of semantics.
Fuckin Roberts screwed us....

My first choice to solve this travesty is Ron Paul, but it is sadly apparent that he will not be on the ticket. They are even keeping his delegates from attending the Convention. So, I will hold my nose and vote for "Not Obama"...... Ron Paul would not use exectutive orders to even at least wound this monster...in fact the ruling from Roberts is very much a RP style opinion..."We can't do anything because they aren't violating an exact interpretation of the constitution as I see it."...so you live with it and we'll clarify the wording. I remember getting the concept a while back that all this POS ACA would do is ultimately add 30 million people give or take to MEDICAID...it appears that is what has happened. You either pay for a healthcare plan that the govt deems is sufficient or you pay a tax/fine and go on MEDICAID..that's the bottom line. What will happen is a cluster fuck of epic proportions when every scammer cranks up the medicaid fruad which is already rampant and every ACORN retard with a copying machine begins the work of gathering the formally "disinfranchised" army to line up and get that healthcare/wellcare..blah blah blah and the entire system becomes a revolving door money machine the likes of which we have never seen on earth and certainly cannot afford. If we wanted to create a near perfect Cloward/Piven text book super bomb?...I'd say it just happened... SHR, Yes, this is CLOWARD-PIVEN to the ultimate! This passes in spite of the events in the EU even as we speak. It will break the back of the country for sure given the non-productive segments of our population. The government literally now has the power of life and death over us all.
