If you have a need for urgent surgery, you get it straight away in Canada. Free. If you have something that's not urgent, you wait. But if you want, you can still buy private health insurance and get whatever you want, and the rates are less than they are in the USA. What Rand Paul quoted is the same old scare story that's always drummed up by big business medical care, like Hospital Corporation of America. ANd why quote Rand Paul anyway? He's a weasel and a sell-out. |
