It does not require the RFID chip. All it requires is that a national registry of implants be created ( pacemakers etc..) so that they can quality control which implants are best based off of patient statistics type stuff. They had tried to introduce the RFID before, but it was never made law. I'm not for Obamacare but I don't want people to be scared about the RFID. I heard this as well and checked on snopes. They have all the info so you can read for yourself.

If you read the bill "in text" it CAN require a class 11 or 111 implanted RFID chip !! It left up to the government agencies to determine which one they will use!!
