For me -- someone who basically qualifies as living below the poverty line -- I can either be forced to BUY the insurance for between $450 to $600 per year, with a co-pay at 6% of the total cost of care, or I can NOT buy it and be assessed a tax penalty that will increase each year, up to $650 (though there is an exception for incomes as low as mine).

I suppose I'm indifferent, since I would either never pay for any medical care I would potentially receive, or my income will always be so low the law won't much effect me. In principle, though, I'm against the government forcing people to buy any kind of insurance. The law also seems awfully convoluted.
