Homeless utilize the Salvation Army, Red Cross, VA hospital, City and church shelters, the YMCA, blood donation clinics etc...It's not all cans and trash picking, they do need to get out of the cold weather when it's bad...All these services come with an Identification process. Even homeless people have ID's...They go to hospitals, they go to court, they get jailed..THEY have your finger prints and face scan already in the system. Homeless can be tracked...It's easier to just starve them, rather than get them hooked up with healthcare...Like they do with the new NO FEEDING the homeless laws popping up in every state...i.e. Florida...so sad...
