As we all know SCOTUS just ruled Obamacare to be a tax. Well guess what? That nullifies it automatically as unconstitutional. According to Article 1, Section 7, Clause 1 of the Constitution, “All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills”. [link to en.wikipedia.org] "It passed the Senate on December 24, 2009 and then passed the House on March 21, 2010." Since this TAX was not originated by the HOUSE it is NULL and VOID!!!

So when the democrats sold the whole idea it was a mandate and not a tax. When The Democrat lawyers tried to save it they said it was a tax and not a mandate. I don't give a fuck what the govt says. How are they going to make you pay when you don't have a job because the economy is gone. This is null and void from the beginning because it will tear the country apart. It puts a tax on your life which means the govt owns you. I reject that and will never comply.
