I found this Obamcare CALCULATOR For a family of 4 making a paltry 50k a year Starting in 2014:You will have the option of buying a health plan through your state's exchange Based on your income, your annual premiums for that plan would be no more than $3,150 to $4,025 If you do not obtain insurance coverage by 2014 you will be assessed a tax penalty. The penalty becomes progressively greater from 2014 through 2016, when it reaches full strength. At that point, assuming your current income remains the same and your household consists of 2 uninsured adults and 2 uninsured children, your family would be subject to a penalty of about $2,085 [link to www.washingtonpost.com] For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. |

This program is needed and I am glad its here. Its about time Quoting: Obama Reelection Team 18679284 The rationing and "cost effective" aspects of this bill insure that it will not be the quality to which we are acccustomed. The additional taxes are not to improve the quality or even access but to pay for those who do not contribute anything. In the House, the gap is closed with a surtax on those earning more than $500,000. Sorry, but if you can afford $23,000 a year and CHOOSE to take that insurance over the more affordable healthcare packages, you're not low-middle class.... |
