same as what happens to old people who need long term care and have assets and therefore don't qualify for medicaid. they have to sell their assets and self pay until they paid down their assets to nothing and then they can apply for free healthcare. future gov long term care will be a bitch. any health care will be a bitch for that matter, death panels will become reality because the cost of long term care will be immense and families who shoulder the care for their elders will be worn out.
