When they grounded fire fighting aircraft for meteorites that didn't threaten high altitude commercial aircraft, or denied use of military aircraft unless the state pre-pays the federal government, you think they are intentionally letting it burn? I figure it is so the rebuilding can be called "economic recovery" plus all the unsold properties just got "bought" so banks can write them off.
