Rumor has it, some socialized nations have a black market for health care because MDs loathe the government system. For example, a Swedish doctor might provide services for cash to circumvent the bureaucratic mess. Does anyone think that will happen here? If so, I wonder if the black market forces would accomplish what regulation and government interference stifles, namely high-quality, reasonably affordable health care. (This is my first thread ever, so forgive me if i fail to monitor it like an expert).
