How Obamacare was passed in the Supreme Court - Illegal

Basically it was FIXED. A Stacked Deck
by Obama.

Elena Kagan was Obama's Solicitor General
during congressional passage of Obamacare in 2009.
There are numerous e-mails from Kagan
where she was actively supported
Obamacare BEFORE she became Supreme Court
Judge.

Obama knew this was going to the Supreme Court
so his stooge Kagan was nominated to the
Supreme Court in 2010 just for that purpose.
To pass Obamacare in the courts.

Kagan should have excused herself from this
court vote due to the fact that she was directly
involved with it's endorsement which makes her
vote biased. If she had excused herself from
the vote then Obamacare would not have been
passed by the Supreme Court due to a 4-4 deadlock
vote.

This was all covered up by Holder by his refusal
to produce documents pertaining to the Kagan
incident. Not only is Holder covering up
Fast and Furious but he is also covering
up Kagan's selection to the Supreme Court
by Obama.

The Plan:
Obama gives subsidies to certain members of
congress to pass the damn thing. 2009

Then Obama nominates Kagan to the Supreme
Court to uphold the constitutionality of
the damn thing. 2010

Then Obama has Holder cover it all up
in a neat little refusal to cooperate. 2012

This is how a president got an illegal
law passed into the history books.
