Advice from a class 4 kayaker and somtimes rafter. Try to stay in the raft, if surfed in a hole stay low and move quickly to the high side(usually downstream side) when the upstream side starts to drop, the raft may spin many times in a hole, so, just keep moving to the hight side. If ejected and you end up swimming, keep your feet up and leading the way downstream. If you hit any rocks try not to hit em with your head.
