The lab rat not only experiences the experiment, but it also observes the experimenter at the crucial moment when they implement what the protocol requires, in what is often something that goes against human nature..or that goes with it in its rawest form. Thus, it is in a position to both better understand the experiment as well as what controls the experimenter.

In Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy . . . Who were the most intelligent beings in the universe?

1) Humans

2) Dogs

3) Lab Rats

4) Cockroaches
 Quoting: George B

Dolphins, because they had the sense to leave.

Although I would personally say lab rats.

You are absolutely correct !!!!!uk

According to the same noted writer above what was the ultimate universal question????

1) What or who is God?

2) How Old is the Universe?

3) How do you get 42?

4) How many scientists does it take to screw in a light bulb?

Those images are on another planet, aren't they?
I'm looking at the same thing on earth where I was living...giant perfectly round circles at least 100 acres wide in a close pattern with each other.

Now I'm going to go all UFO nut lol.

Sort of yes. . . .the image on the right is a photo of Mars and is most likely JPEG compression artifacts caused by the algorithm used to compress and decompress the pixels in the image. . . However, it does look awfully similar to habitation images of high altitude earth pictures. .. .

Hehe. That one is kind of cute. It looks like a greeting the way it's in a frame like a doorway. That or it's a goodbye and they're about to close the door. Maybe that's why some societies have hello and goodbye as the same word.

I have this memory of being very young and being dropped off at the Hopi promise rock by a school bus with a couple of other kids. I also remember getting bored and doodling on the rock when the bus was taking forever to get there. Other days we were in huge fields moving the dirt and rocks around. It makes it hard to take childlike carved images seriously. Do we really feel so unsure of ourselves that we have to base our deepest knowledge and stories on the etchings of children?

If you look at even the dullest surface long enough the symbology that we live by will begin to emerge into patterns from the seemingly random bumps of the surface.

Ah, I never said I went to school for it (well I did a bit but still). I just enjoy the conversation..the making of new plans, the seeing where they have strengths and weaknesses, the ability for a group of people to come together and build upon the concept, add to it, integrate it, strengthen and grow the pieces until they become a whole...work into it the responses of humans, and bend it until they respond in the way intended by the structure we have created. All that rather than bickering over the damn thing.
