There were dozens of legitimate reasons, the kind you tell future employers or polite acquaintances. But honestly, I couldn't sleep at night there.

Sounds like the trauma from the past caused that . . . You seem to have significant perceptive and analytical skills . . . do you think any of the experimentation helped to enhance or focus your skills or abilities??

Hmmmm . . . Seems they like that . . . It makes them seem empowered and they can get some low level PI to do it without fear of being outed for their actions . . . sometimes they want you to know what they are doing just to keep you under their thumb . . .

What if there aren't any truths left?
What if we see the truth, then move on and keep looking because that version was too incredible to accept?

What if by truth what you really mean is what should be and not what is. Is that truth then, or just a dream.
