Lisa*Lisa, I want to thank you for creating this thread this past summer.

I know of the helpful effects of apple cider vinegar, lemons and baking soda, but I never knew of the synergistic benefits of using them together.

I will now go prepare myself a healthy "cocktail".

I have eaten too many sweets this holiday season ... I am acidic and my arthirits is kicking in!
