I also have experience with military communications equipment. Half the time they are astonishing... the other half of the time, they are shit.

The military won't send a convoy for a truck full of signs, especially if they were positioning materials early to avoid too much attention.

I have an uncle who is very high up in the banking industry who confirms this. Due to the 2012 shift, an anomoly has started to occur where their current signs are physically unable to switch from "open" to "closed". They suspect by October all current signs will be unable to make the switch, thus the military involvement.
