"LETHALITY TRAINING" being done by law enforcement across US rushing to complete with fed grant money

What is the first thing you do in any successful operation?
Identify the opposition!! That is what the IRS and NSA is really doing. Now add in this (the more times you end up on a "list" will be used to take your weapons (not to mention medications you are on which they will get from Obamacare)):


Everyone look into your areas law enforcement traing programs for "lethality risk assessment"
It is being deployed as family/domestic violence training. The skinny is: officers will do risk assessments when going to calls based on
1. Stress
2. Medication
3. Access to weapons
4. Comments made

Based on the maryland system. Program is using federal grant money, but being told it is only partially funded. Basically, only funded to create the database, ie collect and enter names.
Just google it and your area. Dallas pd just held training for the entire metroplex. Google "dpd lethality training" goto the dpd twitter link and scroll down to jun 21 and there is a pic.
