Why don't mexicans flush toilet paper down the commode?

Hell, in China, they just squat right down next to the road and take a dump right out there in the open. No lie! My sister went to China and saw that first hand. She said she was glad to get back to civilization here, lol! She said the traffic would be going by and there was some man right out there next to the road using the bathroom. lol! I'm sorry but hell at least build a damn decent plumbing and sewage facility to handle this.

Yep. When I was traveling around Colombia it wasn't easy finding public restrooms. If you did you had to pay to use them and also pay for toilet paper.

I've heard of shit like that before. I'm 99% sure that are the people who own the factory skimped on things like proper plumbing and are forcing these workers to put their soiled waste paper in the garbage because it would back up the toilets

I bet half those workers are illegal so they can't protest the shitty conditions otherwise they lose their job (while the people you consulted are making off with highway robbery from cut health costs and dodgy ethical codes)

Once in Paris, a fancy restaurant I ate in had a bathroom with no toilet, just a hole in the floor to shit in. As I remember the whole town was a shithole.

As a traveling production consultant, I'm in contact with lots of personalities and cultures all the time.

In one Texas factory that I visited, most of the labor force is Mexican, Guatemalan, Salvadorean, etc...

When using the restroom facilities, I noticed a big plastic waste container next to every toilet -- stuffed to the top with soiled toilet paper.

Though disgusting and putrid to look at, I figured that the sewer lines must be backed up at that factory and tried to be understandable.

However, I was told later that this was not the case, and "that's just the employee's culture, since they don't have plumbing where they come from".

This was an American factory. How is that allowed? The rest of the facility was vibrantly clean, modern, and very well decorated.

The restrooms were totally filthy and disgusting. I actually felt like I needed a shower when I left that place.

Omg this is true I have a room ate and he's Mexican n he leaves nasty shit rags in the trash I think it's disgusting and don't understand since he was raised in USA. I have no idea why they do this it's nasty and unsanitary I don't want to hear an excuse of it clogs the toilet because I have been flushing my TP for 30 years and never had any problems.
