Also, people who have attacked other people in this fashion, but have survived and gone to jail, have returned to normal after a day or two, in other words, their "Zombie" symptoms subsided, so where did the virus go???

This is actually a 2009 case of this same behavior, and the father is now in prison, and the son NEVER developed RABIES...

I am totally shocked reading that article because the father should never have been granted custody of that child due to his past record of cruelty to a child and the mother just walked away, which makes it evident she didn't have custody for a reason. My WTF is from the court that actually granted this father custody of the young boy. The father was known to be abusive and the mother obviously worthless. Neither of them should have had custody.

That being said, this man had a history of this type of behavior. I do not think this is associated with the current craziness causing people to rage and start chewing on other people. Too many dissimilarities and a history of violent behavior toward children doesn't match the sudden rage we are seeing in current stories.

I'm not disagreeing with your whole premise, just the 2009 case at this point.
