What actually IS the proper legal way to deny a newborn vaccines without having it taken away
I'm just wondering. Cause I know if you just have the baby and tell them right there at the hospital you are putting yourself at risk, at least now in the states. If you plan beforehand they likely cannot take the baby. Does anyone have experience with this? I rarely hear of them using this as an excuse to take a child away.

Why is it paranoid to not want a baby to have the Hep B vax? France banned it for infants because it killed so many.

yes that woman tried that but had to go to the hospital anyway, which happens sometimes. Midwives are prepared for it.

The baby gets the nationality according to the place where it's born.

So leave for a long holiday a few weeks before delivery...

Your kid will have 2 nationalities... yours and the country where it was born.

Educate yourself and simply refuse the vaccinations. THERE IS NO LAW THAT MANDATES VACCINATIONS. i am proof of that. 3 kids born in three different hospitals and not a single shot.

The nurses tried to convinve me i should inject my 2 hour old baby with 5 vaccinations and i simply told them to save their breath.

When you're willing to die for your beliefs everything else becomes a cakewalk.

Anyone questioning the vaccines should be deemed too irresponsible to care for a child. Next thing you know an unvaccimated child catches a disease that has already been cured, thus mutating it, and allowing it to spread once again.

Flu shots are one thing, infant vaccinations are another. Dont be an idiot.

Have it in your birth plan that the baby is to have NO vaccinations, Vit. K shot, eye drops, etc. Don't let the baby out of your sight at any time, even when they go to the nursery for their first check up or if mom needs rest, that is what the father &/or family is for.

Depending on the state you live in, you can claim a religious or philosophical exemption. Medical exemptions can be over ridden by another doctor if they think the medical exemption is bogus.

Re: What actually IS the proper legal way to deny a newborn vaccines without having it taken away
My husband and I are dealing with infertility but we plan to opt out of vaccines at the hospital if we are ever able to have a baby. I have a narrow birth canal and am not able to give birth naturally (a c-section is required) so having a baby at home with mid-wife is not an option. I have already started doing some research on how to handle this situation without having CPS called on us. I have spoken with a few pediatrician offices in our area who support an alternate vaccine schedule. My husband and I are not anti-vaccine, we just want to do an alternate vaccine schedule. If we were anti-vaccine I am not sure how pediatricians would react to that but the offices I have spoken with do support an alternate vaccine schedule.

I plan to find a pediatrician that is on board with me and I'll tell the hospital that I will be taking my child to him/her for vaccines. I also want the pediatrician I pick to be willing to go to bat for me if the hospital calls him/her in regards to this.

I was told by all the offices I spoke with that I should come in during my 2nd trimester and interview the pediatrician and we can discuss an alternate vaccine schedule then and how to handle the hospital. I was also told by the office staff that lots of parents are now requesting alternate vaccine schedules so it's not outside the norm at all to do this.

Learn the laws of your state. Medically, personally, or religiously exempt your child, you have the right. Be proactive & you say NO. They cannot take your child, and the parents in the story, are suing.

regardless of whether or not you allow them to vaccinate,

they still take your baby in that back room, where you are not allowed to follow.

Who knows what they do to it there...

As soon as you put paper to pen and Apply for a "Certificate of Live Birth" that kid is a Beneficiary
of a Public Trust. He has the State as a "Trustee".
You are the "Grantor" of that "Trust" hence no rights.

You are easily persuaded. Being educated & informed about vaccines, is very eye-opening. However, we are taught and instructed to comply & not ask questions, in many facets of our society. Meet some victims of vaccine reactions, expand your learning. Open your mind. Not all one is taught, is always the truth. Explore.

Try postponing them to a later date, while you get a second opinion. You can always say you are allergic to eggs and you worry that your baby would be sensitive also. That might buy you some time to do some further research. Good luck. You could leave the country for a few years.....tomato

If you want a Sovereign kid do not
Have a kid in the Hospital. By Law
the Doctor acts as "Agent of Witness"
On a "Birth Certificate" That makes the
State a "Trustee" and allows them to be
Vaccinated or Confiscated it is all Legal.

No one is perfect. A babe before walking will first stumble and fall many times but NEVER gives up until he succeeds.

Always remember, ultimately, to never follow any person's belief. Your relationship with God is between you and God.

If nothing else, remember this: religion = subservience, control and conformity, the same template as EVERY government

"Most believers would kill truth if truth threatened their religion." L. K. Washburn

"This crime called blasphemy was invented by priests for the purpose of defending doctrines not able to take care of themselves." Robert Ingersoll

"If anyone wants to know how God feels, it's a warm light as if the sun is poking through dark clouds and lifting your spirits with pure joy."
