You can make many orders of magnitude more money than $3000 per month.

I prefer the tenders where they want something "kitted" - like a sealed plastic bag with a toothbrush, a comb, deoderant, etc - many times these are for forest fire fighting crews. If you win, you can sit in front of the TV making the kits up.
