I had that happen before in AZ when i was selling my old Air soft M4 and Alpha black paint marker in a garage sale i had the Magazines out and when he asked if they were real i said let me discharge it real quick shot it at my wall in the garage saw it was Air soft and pretty much said ok have a nice day and left. Sometimes its just easier to be polite and get them off your property quick.

These fucktard pigs always seem so utterly perplexed that people are so sick to DEATH of their incessant BULLSHIT.

I wonder how THEY would like it, if some brain dead POS was always trying to lock THEM up, or fine them some exorbitant amount of money.

Even as a law-abiding citizen, I've had cops give me the third degree, put me through the ringer, and try to overstep their boundaries. But I just treat them exactly like the woman in the video did.

I FORCEFULLY tell them, "DON'T TOUCH ME... and LEAVE ME ALONE. Have a nice day, officer."

And if they try and push it, I just repeat... "Have a nice day... Officer."

People need to LEARN THE LAWS, and start standing firm for their rights. STOP being intimidated by these incompetent goons.

You can always tell that these slugs are totally baffled when they don't have their usual effect on people. It's like they've been totally de-fanged, and don't know what to do. The camera is a big part of it. They will always be more careful if they KNOW that they are being recorded. It behooves you to record ANY encounter with the police.

You're missing the point entirely. It's not a matter of which is quicker and easier. It's a matter of refusing to capitulate to ILLEGAL searches (or inspections) by the police.

People have GOT to turn this around, and start heading back to a FREE America, and derail this encroaching police state.

I would suggest you get a court order that a "Bill of Rights Awareness Program" be established in your city and that the offending officers be ordered to attend it.

It is good to know your rights, but laws are changing quickly and people have been arrested for video taking of police.

if items were held on sidewalk - they would prolly fall under public "vendor" laws/ordinances for which the police can monitor - still not the case



said items for sale were held on private property.

search & seizure by law enforcement must be accountable to probable cause in order for them to come into your property.
