The god I was told about growing up is all-encompassing.

Aside from that, any descriptions or definitions of god by mankind falls short of completeness, just like empirical measurements in science.

You don't have to follow any specific religion to believe in the existence of God. I'm not religious but neither am I an Atheist because of several things:

Science doesn't explain our world, our existence, how it all came about, adequately. Even with the discovery of the 'God Particle it still leaves holes wide enough to drive a truck through.

I'm a rational person, but there are things about our world and how and why it exists that are irrational. That's enough for me to accept there could be a 'supreme being' of some kind. But I don't think we humans are capable of being close to understanding it.

I know many Brits and Europeans brag about being Atheist and anti-religion, but I suspect much of that has to do with your history of state sponsored forced religious indoctrination [England still has a state sponsored religion and the head of state, the queen, is the titular head of that religion], and post world war 2 hegemonic leftist social ideology. One of it's main tenants is to demonize America [because it's perceived that America stands in the way of world wide socialism;the reality is America is just as socialist as many Euro countries, but that's another story], and one way they do this is by mocking perceived religious attitudes including belief in God among Americans. MANY Brits and Euros latch onto this to be 'cool' and hip. MANY Americans do also.

I don't know how any human can be that sure as to be Atheist, but whatever.

The God of the assorted major religions on Earth would never do that. Every single one - Christian, Muslim, and Jewish alike, all say it must be taken on faith and that to see God would negate that faith. Kind of convenient, if you ask me.

His creation (and I refer only to man here) is the biggest fuckup ever, and being supposedly omnipotent he should have known better.

what does an invisible omni-present polarised god energy, entity or construct look like friend? How can anyone ever know or confirmed this with no real reference point of what this man made artificially polarise perception is?

This whole infinite chaotic universe and all it's unstable interactions and expressions are all naturally bipolar...so where and what is an unobserveable singularity?

What religious people don't understand or accept it that the universe truly mirrors and reprsent the creative forces involved and therefore by it's chaotic nature disproves the existence of any positively polarised all powerful god energy...because all is chaotic and unstable..which make the creator what...bipolar too perhaps! As it seems everything is created, destroyed or changed through bipolar intractions and reactions...and not through positve mutual processes of polarised harmony (as many fools hope and believe).

But as god is basically early mans deludedly hierarchal missunderding of bipolar energy and matter (especially electricity)...because bipolar electrcity (or god, LOL) doesn't have a conscience to care, plan or give a shit about it's direction or the outcome of any of its random, chaotic or semi-conditional expressions...especially humans it seems.

And to me the question isn't whether he's real or not, he could be real all he wants, I still don't give a fuck about him and I'm still not worshipping him, that's it.

I would admit I wouldn't be surprised God was real as I know he is, but I would be overwhelmed actually seeing it. I would imagine the aura of love alone would be a life changing experience.

And what if " god's " idea of worship was simply for you to enjoy life and be kind, compassionate and tolerant to other living things ?
