As I see it, SCOTUS ordered that States are allowed to refuse without any penalty from the Government. The government is forbidden to challenge or tax those in States that refuse to pay the tax, or join Obamacare. Now imagine that ten States refuse to join. They don't join, the don't pay the tax. Now the government is forced to raise the tax to make-up for the loss of the States that refuse to pay. This causes more States to refuse to join, requiring even larger taxes on the remaining States. It will eventually reach the point where the government will end up taxing the few remaining States to 120% of earned income. All this just to allow the illegal, welfare cases, lazy, and unfortunately, the old, to send this country into financial ruin, by a government run by people that have a proven criminal record.
