Hey quick story: remember when people used to think black people and white people shouldn't congregate together and then smart people started realizing it was silly since all people are kind of related? I remember that.

It is not a choice. I cannot choose to just be gay. Dick isn't just something you can try out and see if you like it. You either do or don't.

Being straight is the ultimate proof that it is not a choice.

I dont understand the point your trying to make.. Racism is discrimination, im not hating on anyone. I am making the statement that sexuality is a choice. One that can be influenced by our environment and people.

Nobody will care in 20 years whether you're gay bi straight or tranny. It's an evolutionary necessity to grow out of your prejudices, discrimination and socially induced beliefs. We did it then and we will do it again. Surprisingly, forgiveness is in our DNA. You're ego for one thing. No I don't mean mr cocky, I'm talking about the you that you think you are. The you that you talk to in your head all the time. The you that only knows of what he has experienced and hasn't learned empathy to see beyond the veil of your own experience. Need I go further or is this "just crazy talk"?

Im laughing at how you both think that you know things about me without question, and you assume that my ego is the reason that I posted such a thing. Like I said in the original text, I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE. I wouldnt just be saying such a thing and not have had the thoughts linger and the pros and cons weigh out. You should get YOUR ego out because you sound like a know it all.

I am a gay female. I am 22 years old, and after my first relationship I tried to date guys to "screw the gay out of me". I honestly thought it may work. I had no gay role models in my life and grew up in Texas, when at the time, was very homophobic and prejudice. In highschool, I was thrown out of the closet by a bully, and I lost all of my friends. I felt so low and ashamed of who I was, just for being gay. I grew up HATING being gay, and tried everything in my power to feel for a man, what I feel for a woman, but I couldn't. I am now comfortable with myself, and have found new friends that accept me.

BTW I knew I was gay at 8, and first told my mother at 12. I believe I was born gay.

Why on earth would you want anyone to screw anything out? You should have looked for a partner who was exactly what you were looking for in a life long relationship. You were looking for just sex, and you got it. I am the same age as you! I understand how you can feel accepted, but its not others that you should be worried about. Yep, I think if you have a spirit of rebellion, then you will look towards homosexuality to give God the finger. Gays sure are angry people and they know they have actively taken sides against The Lord. It is obvious they are in rebellion and I think that is part of the sexuality to them-giving God the finger.

Beyond religion, there is somewhat a rebellion among younger kids. Not only that, but there is media hype about that genre. Gay is the new hippie, and the government approves this message!

Everyone is different. Naturally, there would be people who would hold a strong disposition to switching. But you CAN say, your choosing to be with women.
