This is a great idea. Some issues with it: Yes, I agree that change can spur evolution, I love your idea how the greys are negatively impacting people to get the to evolve HOWEVER there is another factor in this equation that REALLY speeds up evolution, in this case, DE-EVOLUTION. Because we evolved out of the water onto land, we are mostly water, and water is something our DNA knows how to deal with. The dolphins, for example evolved relatively quickly from a land mammal BACK INTO an aquatic creature, because it's genes 'remember' how to cope with water. Like a human grows from conception in a watery womb.

So, if you really want to speed up evolution, just incorporate water. Humans in my opinion are just apes that began to evolve or de-evolve back into aquatic creatures. They lost their hair and developed a subcutaneous layer of fat among other things. Aquatic ape theory. Another thing is that animals in water become neotanous meaning they reach sexual maturity at a younger age so that the adult form looks like a younger version of the adult land animal. So a grey is like a human that lost ALL of its hair and basically has become so neotanous it resembles a human fetus.

Anyway, I think the spiritual realm is greatly tied in with water, and greys especially contain our next step in evolution from ape to human to grey in the aquatic environment. They may know a lot we don't and hold the keys to our evolution in mind, body and spirit. So hopefully we can learn a lot from each other regarless of whether or not they are from another planet!

It's actually very plausible and if you notice I didn't say physically, I said structurally. So you believe its more plausible the Grays evolved from Earth then other advanced species evolving on other planets??? Enough said.

I strongly suggest you read the SciFi novel: "Childhood's End" by Arthur C. Clarke. There are strong similarities to what you have written. Also the book is absolutely mind blowing.

Btw, you are on the right path to truth.
