Should they give up home on the homes, they should offer them to the population, it would do more to the country than to see all eventually deteriorate again into dust.

Supposedly they are like the 'ghost cities' in China - basically concrete boxes inside with no flooring or fixtures, etc. Makes you wonder who they were really built for...   Hey, the same thing is happening here in the U.S. Doesn't matter what city, they are all full of homes just sitting there vacant. Every week, the Mexicans show up to mow the lawns. But no one's ever home. No one rents these homes because no one can afford the rent, and there sure aren't any buyers. The clock is ticking.
