When you incubate a dream, plan to do something specific in it, and tell yourself that this will trigger lucidity for you. Flying often leads automatically to lucidity in a dream. As part of the induction procedure, spend some time observing birds in flight, read about birds, aircraft, levitating yogis, anything that carries the message.
