This only applies to white guys, because the black guys can go on welfare.

And they are willing to have a child and move together to form a family with this black unemployed man. Because they know that is the highest a real loser black man will achieve while the white guy will eventually find a job and be worth something again. As usual women go with that which is easiest with 'instant gratification'.
