Also to note is the lack of reports about any 'subduction' of this passenger involved in the so-called incident. Like with the shoe-bomber plot the passengers took him out and held him down. No reports coming out of any such intervention by the other passengers.

Just as if they all walked casually off the bus 'suspect' included.

Ha. I only just read a smidgen of this thread, just woke up here in the states, and that is exactly what I thought first off.

If that is the case the PR for this could totally backfire. Rather than the police being seen as important and saving the day they could be seen as inept idiots because somebody was making a cup or tea/food.
