Its the underlying fabric of reality, the energy grid which you are perceiving in those states when you are relatively calm. I see it as well when in a peacefully relaxed state I try to focus (or defocus) on the space between my eyes and the wall or any other object in sight. These are the results of acceleration in personal vibration and consciousness expansion.
