I live in Massachusetts. One of the things Romney said about the mandate while Governor is that it would somehow lower the cost of health insurance in the state if everybody had it. It didn't in fact rates have gone up since this mandate was introduced. Additionally, its also a lot easier for people to get Mass Health and pay NOTHING for it while hard working honest people get raped in the ass every paycheck for absurd health insurance rates.

Actually the rates in Massachusetts are lower than the rest of the Country.

Despite grumblings, polls show that the Massachusetts law remains popular with residents. Jonathan Gruber, an MIT economist who was instrumental in crafting the state law, says that for President Obama to win reelection, he’ll have to convince Americans of the federal law’s benefits.

“If the American public understands this law, they’ll feel about it like we do in Massachusetts, where there’s, what, two-thirds support for it,” Mr. Gruber says. “It’s not that we’re all crazy lefties here, OK? It’s that it’s a good law and people understand it here.”

I still have hope for RP but lets face it. Americans no longer vote in a president.. we watch as corporations put someone into that position and believe we voted. I followed the bilderberg meeting this year and they wanted RP dead so I think we have a better chance of taking back our country through small government thus the importance of state government positions. From what I hear we are winning that front but then there is the possible threat of martial law overriding all our efforts. The real question we should be asking now is weather our military is willing to take an order to attack US civilians or establish martial law without a reasonable purpose.
