more than half of the poulation of what is now israel, the west bank and gaza was arab in 1946. almost half of the population of israel, the west bank and gaza is arab in 2012.

Now what would be interesting to know is the percentage khazars in Israël, and whether they're caucasian, turkic or something else.

That I know of there are basically two things at issue.

I don't think ANYBODY can buy land unless they are a jewish.

I think you have to be a jewish to serve in the armed forces.

However the Arabs do own any land they already owned.

Other than that Arab Israeli's probably have a quality of life better than 99% of the rest of the world's population.

Now you might not agree with those two above issues but...

Israel is extremely small, they cannot afford to let other entities buy what little land area is there out from under them.

And again the thing with serving in the armed forces is a security issue.

Population in 1946 was 800,000 so lets say 600,000 were Arab?

Now the population is right around 8 million, 20% is 1.6 million or so Arabs.

So they increased in population by 1 million since then.

They sure have been doing a lousy job of expelling them by my math.
